If anyone knows the ins and outs of the Environmental Career Worker Training Program (ECWTP) at Texas Southern University, it’s Bertina Carter. Whether it’s a late night or an early morning, she’s wherever she needs to be to support the success of her program.
ECWTP was designed to train unemployed and/or underemployed individuals in the Houston area in the environmental services and construction fields.
