The Bullard Center’s Core Team includes interdisciplinary scholars, scientists, researchers, and practitioners pulled from the programs within the Barbara Jordan-Mickey Leland School of Public Affairs at Texas Southern University.

The Core Team members are faculty and staff members who have a history and track records collaborating, engagement in joint scholarship, and adhering to the Principles of Environmental Justice and the Jemez Principle of Democratic Organizing, community based participatory research, community-university partnerships, citizen science and racial justice and equity framing.
