Bertina Carter serves as the Program Coordinator for the Environmental Career Pathways Program.She leads community engagement, outreach, and recruitment efforts while supporting the development and implementation of program goals and expectations. Bertina collaborates closely with instructors, trainees, and the advisory board and provides hands-on assistance with job search and job development activities. She is responsible for monitoring and tracking current and former participants and preparing required reports and statistical analyses. Bertina has been with the program since 2018 and holds a master's degree in management and leadership, bringing a strong foundation in program administration and team coordination to her role.
