With over 20 years of experience in workforce development agencies throughout Houston, Paulette brings a wealth of expertise to her diverse role within the ECPP. She manages a broad range of responsibilities, including outreach, marketing, budgeting and scheduling. Additionally, she oversees vendor relations and managerial reporting, ensuring that all program activities align with the organization’s mission. Paulette is dedicated to maintaining high standards in grant qualification, safety protocols and member performance.
