Paulette Lynch

Paulette Lynch currently serves as the Program Manager for the Environmental Career Worker Training Program (ECWTP) at Texas Southern University. Paulette has over 20 years of work experience in Workforce Developments agencies throughout Houston has contributed to her success in multiple roles with ECWTP. She collectively has been with ECWTP for 10 years in several roles while maintaining multiple responsibilities ranging from outreach, marketing, budgets, purchasing and schedules for the program. In addition to, hiring and monitoring of all program vendors and completes all managerial reports required by our grantee. Paulette focuses on organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization. She ensures all goals or met in areas including grant qualifications, safety, quality and member performance.
