Hospitality Sustainability

The hospitality sustainability incentive program is available to businesses within the Houston-Galveston area that implement specific sustainable actions outlined in the sustainability toolkit. Each featured business has the opportunity to be recognized through Houston 2026's sustainability program by committing to responsible practices, from everyday operational improvements to higher-impact initiatives and certifications. The Bullard Center Interns and Dr. Stephen Pinkney assisted the FIFA World Cup Committee for Sustainability in contacting hotels, restaurants, cafés, bars, and food trucks across the Houston region to verify which businesses had taken concrete steps to reduce their environmental impact. The Bullard Center Interns are Dialed In and ready to assist.
